What is the cost of private training?

We have many different packages available

All of the packages listed below are private one on one sessions that are personalized for every client.

1 hour sessions (three times weekly) $400/month

1 hour sessions (twice weekly) $300/month

1 hour session (once weekly) $200/month

Drop in rate $75/per session

*Discounts are provided for group training*

*Kids sessions can be altered/personalized*

Are there any age restrictions for joining?

There are no age restrictions. Parental consent is needed for everyone under the age of 18.
